West Ham 1 : 2 Manchester United It sure was'nt a vintage performance, especially after we fell behind thanks to some sloppy defending in just the 2nd minute of the game. We however fought on and recovered well enough to retain the lion's share of possesion and capped off our dominance with 2 goals, from Rooney and an O'Shea header. The interplay between Ruud, Rooney, Scholes and Park was excellent. It still baffles me how Fletcher still gets the nod ahead of Ronaldo. We were scintillating in the 2nd half which was tribute enough to George Best. The only downside being Ruud picking up his 5th yellow card which will see him miss the Everton game. Aint too much to worry about now tho, with Saha fit and raring to go. I'd like to see him get a decent run in the team. Oh and we're now in 2nd place, 10 points behind Chelsea with a game in hand. Lets hope we cut the lead down to 4 points by Christmas. Tackled By The Red Devil at 12:02 AM,0 Fancy Pitting Your Footballing Knowledge Against Mine? |
