Well what can i say, the aussies sure lived up to their billing of being the fuckin thugs that they are. Fuckin pommies. Fuckin convicts. The Japs were far more tidy in their play and their build-up and sure deserved to hang on for all 3 points. They only lacked the final ball and for the love of god they need someone who can cross from the right wing. So many chances just went begging.

Australia were workmanlike that is all. Cahill should have been sent off after his first goal for that studs up tackle. He was already on a yellow card and Japan should have been given a penalty and that would have wrapped up the game but no im gonna be stuck reading 20 pages of socceroos crap in the papers tomm.

Australia were piss poor until the 83rd minutewhen Japan just fell apart and lost interest.

Oh and about the 'controversial' Japan goal. It was 100% legitimate. Scwarzer just ran into the Japanese forward, who was looking at the ball at the time, elbowed him in the head and bounced off of him.
